Kick-off meeting for the ERRC Roma Rights Network

Ms. Tanya Kaltzeva, lawyer at NGO Organization Drom took part in the kick-off meeting оn 4-5 April 2022 of the ERRC Roma Rights Network, established on April 8^th, 2022. Тhe meeting included participants of 18 NGOs from 15 countries across Europe. There was a possibility to exchange experience, where NGO Organization Drom presented its work on access to housing for Roma, entrepreneurship activities and equal access to education, as well as our human rights projects. The network aims to improve rights-based advocacy efforts, foster debate about Roma Rights issues and increase the use of human rights litigation as a tool of activism. As a feedback to the kick-off meeting, Ms. Donka Panayotova stated “ERRC Roma Rights Network is a great initiative, which will play a key role in influencing the Roma agenda across Europe in the near future”.
